To qualify you must be currently employed or retired from full time employment in Northwest Arkansas as a local:
-Firefighter
-Police Officer
-Federal Law Enforcement Officer
-EMT
-Corrections Officer
(Proof of qualifying employment is required)
You must use our partner lender (when applicable) and Concierge Realty NWA as a real estate brokerage in order to qualify for the benefit. No partial benefits are available if another brokerage or lender is used.
